Job Description
Asheville Waldorf School is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our administrative team. This flexible position (15-20 hours per week) combines remote and on-site work and plays an essential role in supporting the financial health of our growing school community. The ideal candidate has experience with QuickBooks Online , strong bookkeeping and organizational skills, and enjoys working collaboratively in a mission-driven nonprofit environment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and payroll, reconciling accounts, preparing monthly financial reports, and supporting budget tracking and annual financial processes.
