Position Purpose The AR Chargeback Specialist serves as a key liaison between the Sales team, Distributors, and the Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This role is responsible for receiving and analyzing credit requests, preparing internal documentation, and issuing credits with accuracy and timeliness. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of general accounting or accounts receivable experience Proficiency with accounting software CRM systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to set, prioritize and manage all projects and job duties to reach department goals and objectives Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and on a team Must be willing to work mandatory overtime, weekends and different shifts as needed. Key Responsibilities Receive, analyze, and prepare internal credit forms based on supporting documentation Communicate with Sales Team and Distributors to get clarifications as needed Send internal credit forms for approval and issue credits Issue claim credits in coordination with Inside Sales and Quality teams Analyze distributor spending by program Support creation of coupon reporting Prepare quarterly rebate documentation Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim‑related credits Daily use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Utilize CRM tools to manage customer and distributor interactions
