Job Description

Nicolia Ready Mix has an immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Payable Bookkeeper for our Lindenhurst, NY location. Our culture is focused on growth and our environment is fast paced.
Job Responsibilities:
High volume payable department. Review transactions in accounts payable module. Experience with three-way matching. Reconcile transactions with statements. Maintain accurate financial record of all transactions, verifications, etc. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Special projects as needed. Scanning.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity Experience with NetSuite preferred, but not required. Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Must be professional, detail oriented, organized, and reliable. 2-year degree preferred. Salary contingent upon experience
