We have an immediate full-time opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at our Development Center in Lebanon, Ohio. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for all Accounts Payable functions including invoice processing and problem solving and other related duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process invoices in a timely manner, send non-po invoices for approval and post PO invoices against the goods receipt. Identify, investigate and resolve all invoice discrepancies prior to payment. Maintain the SAP accounts payable system and vendor master data. Review AP Aging monthly to identify and resolve issues. Responsible for GRIR- request invoices for open goods receipts and research discrepancies. Process weekly payment runs. Add vendors to VPAYO for credit card payments and research issues as needed. Manage the AP email replying to inquiries in a timely manner. Provide internal/external customer support, maintain vendor relationships and direct liaison with all internal departments. Maintain well organized support for audits (internal audit, external audit, tax and other special requests). Handle special projects and tasks assigned, to meet company objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
H.S. Diploma, some college preferred. Good working knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable Module 2-3 years experiencing in a manufacturing environment required MANE offers industry leading benefits including a generous PTO plan.
