Do you like turning a pile of transactions into accounts that are accurate and up to date? At A-Z Auto Parts & Auto Sales, your attention to detail will help vendors get paid correctly, customer accounts stay current, and the accounting team close out the month with confidence. We're looking for someone who enjoys working through the details and seeing the result of their work. What you'll do Track vendor bills, credits, and payments from entry through reconciliation. Match vendor statements to our records, investigate differences, and resolve them. Prepare approved vendor payments and keep an eye on upcoming bills. Issue customer invoices, record payments, and follow up on overdue accounts. Reconcile accounts and help with daily closeout and month-end work. Handle payment transactions, balance the cash drawer, and maintain organized financial records. What you'll bring Experience in AP, AR, bookkeeping, or accounting support. A knack for reconciling accounts and following a discrepancy through to an answer. Comfort with accounting software, spreadsheets, and accurate 10-key entry. Good organization and the ability to keep several priorities moving. Professional communication with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Experience with journal entries, payroll, or benefits administration is a plus. Benefits include a 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
