Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technology Consultant / Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Open to Buy (OTB), and Assortment Planning (AP) solutions such as o9, Anaplan, Centric, or Blue Yonder — ideally within the consumer goods retail industry. This role will support the planning, development, and implementation of business solutions that enhance forecasting, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency across adidas' retail planning functions. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related field. 5-8 years of experience as a Technology Consultant, Systems Analyst, or similar role. Hands-on experience with at least one MFP/AP solution (o9, Centric, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, or other). Familiarity with Sales Planning for one or more sales channels (eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale). Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders across Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and IT. Create user stories, use cases, business process workflows, and data models to support solution design for MFP/AP, OTB, Ladders, and Assortment Planning. Leverage expertise with MFP/AP solutions (o9, Anaplan, Centric, Blue Yonder) and consumer goods retail industry knowledge to advise business stakeholders on solution implementation for Forecasting, OTB, Ladders, and Assortment Planning. Collaborate with vendor and internal development teams throughout the solution lifecycle. Facilitate meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations with technical and business audiences. Identify areas for process improvement and propose scalable, technology-driven solutions. Support testing efforts, including writing test cases and coordinating UAT. Track project progress and assist Project Managers with status reporting and documentation. Provide training and post-implementation support to business users.
