We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper to support accounting operations for a Contract assignment in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This part-time opportunity is expected to run for 2-3 months and offers up to 20 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop and a solid understanding of day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including payables, receivables, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Record customer invoices accurately in QuickBooks Desktop and maintain organized receivables data.
• Apply incoming payments promptly and ensure account balances are updated correctly.
• Process vendor bills and other payable transactions while keeping financial records current.
• Perform bank account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to support accurate reporting.
• Assist with general accounting tasks as needed to help manage an increased workload.
• Maintain complete and accurate bookkeeping documentation in support of daily financial operations.
• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping within a detail-oriented business environment.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop for daily accounting and transaction entry.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience completing bank reconciliations with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage part-time work of up to 20 hours per week on a 2-3 month contract assignment.
• Availability to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks accurately and efficiently.
