About the Role TEAM Construction is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team in our Las Vegas office. This role manages the full AP cycle
- invoice processing, vendor payments, and statement reconciliation
- while supporting construction-specific accounting functions such as budgets, schedule of values, and AIA billing.
This is an in-office position; remote work is not offered. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Manage vendor payments and maintain positive vendor relationships Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Support project budgets and cost tracking Assist with compiling Schedule of Values (SOV) and the AIA billing process Maintain organized, audit-ready AP records and documentation Collaborate with project managers and the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely reporting Provide responsive, professional service to vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Minimum Requirements Ability to work in the state of Nevada, 40 hours per week, in-office (remote work not offered) Strong organization, efficiency, and computer literacy Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented approach Accounts Payable background, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and vendor statement reconciliation Base knowledge of construction accounting, including budgets, compiling Schedule of Values, and the AIA billing process Preferred Qualifications Experience with Foundation Software Experience with HH2 Experience with Procore Experience with LCP Tracker (public works payroll reporting) Subcontractor accounting experience Payroll experience Auditing experience Compensation & Benefits Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience (market rate for the Las Vegas construction accounting market).
