Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist30-Day Project | 20-24 Hours per Week | Hybrid/RemoteOur client in the service industry is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to support their accounting team for a 30-day project. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on A/R and cash application experience who is looking for a short-term, flexible assignment.
ResponsibilitiesProcess cash applications and credit card paymentsContact customers by phone to obtain updated payment informationSend customer statements as requestedAccurately apply and record customer paymentsAssist with additional accounts receivable tasks as neededSchedule & Work Arrangement20-24 hours per weekWork hours must fall between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday-FridayMust be available to train in the office during the first weekAfter training, the remainder of the 30-day project can be worked remotelyThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced A/R professional seeking a part-time, short-term project with remote flexibility after training.
