LewisEllis is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who combines a passion for precision with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Base Salary:
$55,000.00
You Will:
Prepare and post monthly client bills, including split-party and electronic billing. Manage retainer funds, write-offs, and ensure billing accuracy. Address billing inquiries, disputes, and adjustments professionally. Review contract terms to support accurate project setup in the accounting system. Use tools like NetSuite, Adobe, Excel, and Word to complete billing tasks and generate reports. Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
Essential Requirements:
1-3 years of accounts receivable and collections experience, preferably in a consulting or service-based environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite or similar software is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Must be available to work in-office two days per week (hybrid role). Energetic, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced setting.
