Ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices and record all accounts receivable transactions. Collaborate with Client Service teams to address billing queries and resolve discrepancies. Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Manage collections efforts, including contacting clients to secure payment of overdue accounts. Analyze financial data for month-end reporting and ad hoc analysis. Implement and drive process improvements to streamline billing and collections operations. Work closely with sales representatives to resolve customer issues and enhance relationships. About You as theAccounts Receivable Specialist:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
