Job Description:
We are partnering with a company in Boston, MA who is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team. This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity with a 3 days in-office and 2 days work-from-home schedule, offering a competitive benefits package and bonus potential. The ideal candidate will have strong Accounts Receivable experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR records Assist with month-end close and Accounts Receivable reporting Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account issues Partner with internal teams to improve billing and collection processes Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent accounting experience 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Experience with billing, cash applications, and account reconciliations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
Compensation:
