Job Title:
AP Specialist Location:
Roseville, MN (Hybrid schedule after training, only local candidates in Minnesota will be eligible for consideration)
Compensation:
$28 - $32 / hour dependent on applicable experience

This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). We are partnering with a growing organization in the St. Paul area to add an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to their accounting team. This is a hands-on, high-volume AP role ideal for someone who has strong full-cycle AP experience, is comfortable working in a PO environment, and has hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Responsibilities Process high-volume supplier invoices using 3-way matching between purchase orders, invoices, and receipts Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, supporting documentation, and required approvals Research and resolve PO, receipt, pricing, and invoice discrepancies Maintain accurate vendor records and accounting documentation Reconcile vendor statements, invoices, and credit memos and resolve outstanding items Support weekly check runs, EFT payments, manual checks, and payment reconciliations Partner with internal departments and vendors to research and resolve AP inquiries Process AP-related reclassifications and maintain accurate accounting records Support ongoing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central initiatives and system-related projects Assist with additional AP, AR, and general accounting projects as needed Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience; more experienced AP professionals preferred Strong experience with 3-way matching in a PO-based environment Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience required Experience with high-volume invoice processing, coding, and posting Strong vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancy-resolution experience Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs Ability to quickly learn processes and independently manage day-to-day AP responsibilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven accounting environment Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
