Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student to assist with ClientBase data entry and workflow support within TRAMS. This position is ideal for someone interested in business operations, travel industry systems, CRM tools, or administrative support. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain client profiles in ClientBase Assist with organizing travel bookings, reservations, and client records Support TRAMS back-office processes such as invoicing and documentation Ensure accuracy and consistency across all client data Communicate with agency staff as needed to clarify information Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to learn new software quickly Basic computer proficiency (Windows, CRM systems, data entry) Good communication and organizational skills Prior experience with Client Base or TRAMS is a plus but not required — training provided What We Offer Flexible scheduling to accommodate classes Hands-on experience with industry-standard travel agency software Supportive training environment Opportunity to build administrative and CRM skills valuable in many career paths Ideal for
