Boutique Bookkeeper

Duties Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software. Perform general ledger accounting and reconcile accounts regularly to ensure data integrity Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently, including invoice processing and payment tracking Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper debits & credits are recorded for all transactions Support payroll processing and tax-related activities Generate detailed financial reports, including budgeting analysis and account analysis Qualifications Proven experience with accounting software. Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation Knowledge of financial concepts including debits & credits, account analysis, and bank reconciliation procedures. Ability to perform precise account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation tasks Excellent organizational skills Prior experience in retail helpful Strong communication skills for financial report writing and client interactions when needed Embark on a rewarding journey where your bookkeeping expertise makes a meaningful difference!
