Key Qualifications and Experience:

Current licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Strong knowledge of current assessment tools and intervention strategies Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations Experience developing behavior and intervention plans for students Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary teams Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines Previous school-based experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral testing Interpret data and provide clear, actionable recommendations for student support Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a key team member Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on student progress and strategies Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within the school community Develop and monitor individualized intervention plans to enhance student success Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and federal regulations
