We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting Team for a full-time, in-office position, at our Rapid City, SD Corporate Office. We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong teamwork and communication skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Accounting Team, collaborate effectively with other departments, and contribute to a supportive team environment while ensuring accurate, timely financial transactions, and helping keep the company's financial operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Review invoices for appropriate documentation and correct coding prior to payment Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry and imports Print checks and obtain signatures Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare sales tax reports and filings
