Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their sales process needs, demonstrating products, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales and help build lasting customer relationships. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right vehicles or products to meet their needs Must have excellent attendance record Must have a balanced and warm personality Must be able to process the credit applications and communicate with lenders on approval process Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and receipts Maintain merchandising standards by stocking, organizing, and merchandising vehicles on a weekly basis Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product information, and ensuring a positive buying experience Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and assisting with inventory audits Intake and process customer's credit applications and communicate with lenders on negotiating the perfect deal for our customers Be able to communicate effectively, managing leads generated and responding properly to each customer needs via phone, text, email or in person. Qualifications Previous sales experience is highly valued but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently Must have mid level computer operating skills such as data entry and using Microsoft apps Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus Knowledge of various vehicles makes and models Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to close deals and make sure customers get approved Must have a valid Driver's License Join us at Auto World where your energy fuels our success!
