Key Responsibilities - Accounts Payable Specialist Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation. Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice entry, payment processing, and reconciliations. Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting financial documentation. Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive business relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Support audits and provide necessary accounts payable documentation as requested. Qualifications - Accounts Payable Specialist 2+ years of accounts payable experience required; hospitality industry experience preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset when interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders. Must be able to work on-site full-time in Nashville, TN. #INSEP2026
