Full Charge Bookkeeper — Aqua Builders (Driftwood, TX) Aqua Builders is a luxury pool and outdoor living construction company in Driftwood, TX, doing approximately $12M in annual volume. We're looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to own our day-to-day financial operations and give our leadership team accurate, real-time visibility into job costs across every project. What you'll do Code and track all project expenses for job cost analysis Process full-cycle payroll for field and office staff Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and company accounts Track vendor and subcontractor compliance documents (W-9s, COIs, lien waivers, subcontractor agreements) Support month-end close and provide clean data for financial reporting What you need 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience Construction industry / job costing experience strongly preferred QuickBooks Online proficiency Strong Excel skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and reliability with sensitive financial data Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$85,000/year, based on experience (construction job-costing background will land you toward the top of the range) Paid time off
