Key Responsibilities Process and maintain accounting transactions and supporting documentation. Assist with Accounts Payable activities, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment support. Support Accounts Receivable and customer billing processes. Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, vendors, customers, and general ledger accounts. Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, schedules, and transaction records. Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist with audits, reporting requests, and financial analysis projects. Support project and job-cost accounting activities. Collaborate with Accounting, HR, Payroll, Operations, Project Management, and other departments. Learn and take on additional accounting responsibilities as skills and experience develop. Help improve accounting processes, reports, templates, and internal procedures. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. Education or experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work with confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Bookkeeping, or Reconciliations. Experience using accounting or ERP systems such as Odoo, QuickBooks, or similar software. Experience in construction, telecommunications, utilities, or project-based businesses. Bilingual English/Spanish. Work Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday Standard business hours with flexibility during month-end close, payroll processing, audits, and other critical accounting deadlines.

Office-Based or Hybrid (depending on business needs).
