CONTRACT:
Accounts Payable Specialist (10972) Our client, located in Mansfield, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for the next 3 months. This position will be fully onsite.
Keys:
Advanced Excel skills highly preferred; Sage Intacct and/or QuickBooks experience preferred
Full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing, matching, coding, and payment processing
Experience processing approximately 100-300 invoices per week
Preparing and processing check runs
Experience supporting month-end close, including AP reconciliations and related reporting
Prior home healthcare industry experience is a plus
