This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payment requests to Intermountain Health's (IH) suppliers for goods and services. This role ensures that all payment requests are processed in compliance with IH policies and procedures. This role provides excellent customer service and has a thorough understanding of IH's Accounts Payable (AP) systems, processes, and controls. Schedule - Monday - Friday business hours Essential Functions Solves problems within AP systems Performs routine, repetitive tasks in recording day-to-day transactions related to payables, reconciliations, systems, and reports. Resolves errors and notifies appropriate personnel to prevent future occurrences. Research routine issues and makes recommendations for improvement. Provides excellent customer service to colleagues and customers with timely and professional phone calls, instant messages and emails. Demonstrates ownership and accountability by taking responsibility for tasks and exemplifies dependable attendance. Manages a volume of work to meet required deadlines and set department goals.
