IDR is seeking a Payables Specialist to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Midvale, UT. This role involves managing invoice processing and data validation within an accounts payable environment for a prominent organization in the industry. The position offers an excellent chance to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in financial operations.
Position Overview for the
Payables Specialist:
Manage the accurate entry of invoice data into accounting systems.
Validate data and detect errors to ensure accuracy in accounts payable processing.
Utilize dual monitors and data entry skills to efficiently handle high-volume transactions.
Maintain high attention to detail throughout all tasks.

Requirements for the
Payables Specialist:
True AP experienced candidates only
HS diploma or GED
Data validation and error detection/correction
