This position supports Accounts Payable and Billing operations while maintaining strong internal controls, accurate financial records, and timely month-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is to handle the administrative and clerical needs of the A/P finance department Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; provide compliance with Company policies Providing customer service to internal business partners Providing internal and external audit assistance as required Open, sort and distribute daily department mail Sort, log, photocopy, and file invoices, checks, and other documents Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling Previous Accounts Payable, Billing, or related accounting experience. Experience processing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and/or customer billing. Strong Excel skills; experience with pivot tables and data analysis preferred. ERP system experience preferred. SQL experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Ability to follow financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality when handling financial information.
