Job Description

Mineral Dental Care is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. Dental Insurance experience is
REQUIRED.
Responsibilities Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Submit and track dental claims Submit X-rays, narratives, and required documentation Work insurance and patientA/R aging reports Follow up on unpaid, denied, and rejected claims Correct and resubmit claims as needed Post insurance payments and EOBs Submit and follow up on pre-authorizations Follow up on outstanding patient balances Resolve insurance and account discrepancies Maintain accurate account notes and documentation Handle all provider credentialing and recredentialing Maintain credentialing records and track deadlines Keep provider information current with insurance companies Ensure insurance and patient balances are collected in a timely manner Requirements Previous dental insurance and A/R experience
REQUIRED
Experience with dental claims, EOBs, insurance verification, collections, and aging reports Knowledge of dental terminology and CDT codes Provider credentialing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and follow-through Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, proactive, and able to work accounts through resolution We are looking for someone who will take ownership of insurance, A/R, and credentialing, consistently follow up on outstanding accounts, and keep the practice's Accounts Receivable healthy and current. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
