Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Representative to support billing, payment processing, collections, and customer account inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining accurate financial records.
Process invoices and customer payments.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate customer and payment records.
Assist with collections in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
Support month-end reporting and other accounting duties as needed.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and payment concerns.
