Job Description
The Customer Service & Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while managing accounts receivable functions, payment processing, collections, account reconciliation, and billing inquiries. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate account maintenance and timely resolution of payment-related issues.
Post customer payments including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
Maintain and update customer account information.
Assist with invoicing, billing, and account reconciliation.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
Research and resolve customer account discrepancies.
Answer incoming phone calls and emails and provide general customer support.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and perform data entry.
Assist with filing and other administrative duties as needed.
