  • 21.80 and Shift Premiums of $1.00 and $2.00 for hours worked during second and night shifts. The work schedule for this position is as follows: Monday
  • Friday from 11:00 pm
  • 7:30 am.

Job Duties Print, download and prepare all pick-lists for shipping. Record, print, download and distribute all related paperwork for each load. Upload and verify proper shipping of all completed loads. Complete the shipping departure log, reconcile invoices, bill of ladings, pallet reports, invoices for each completed load and create the on-time, late and shortage reports. Complete all SAP and WMS functions for inbound and outgoing receipts. Communicate shipping correction to other facilities. Assist Shipping Supervisors and/or Lead persons as required. Inform Management of order changes. Answer telephones and distribute mail.
DLX / SAP
System clean-up/maintenance at end of shift. Troubleshoot WMS and SAP issues. Provide vacation relief for all clerk positions
  • including Dry Warehouse.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 10 key by touch. Effective phone skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people. Ability to work independently. At least 2-5 year general office clerk experience. Ability to work flexible work schedules Ability to work in a cold environment. Ability to participate effectively in a team environment. Prior computer experience and data entry required. Prior experience with SAP, Warehouse Management System and Network helpful. Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
