This onsite Accounts Payable opportunity that offers the chance to take ownership of core AP functions while working alongside an experienced Senior AP professional. You'll be part of a collaborative accounting team where your work directly supports the organization's operations and long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full AP cycle, staying organized, and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Specialist Manage weekly check runs, processing approximately 40-50 payments per week. Review, code, route, and enter invoices into NetSuite, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Monitor and support both automated and manual invoice workflows, following up as needed to keep invoices moving through the approval process. Process and manage employee and company expenses through Ramp. Set up and maintain vendor records while ensuring accurate data within the accounting system. Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist Prior Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor setup. Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, or comparable ERP and expense management systems. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
