Our client, a well-established and growing organization, is seeking a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and exceptional customer service. If you're a detail-driven accounting professional who enjoys keeping processes moving and building strong customer relationships, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. As Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end billing process, including processing invoices within an ERP system and supporting electronic invoicing in a B2B environment. You'll monitor accounts receivable aging reports, track open and unbilled orders, and ensure all shipments are billed accurately and on-time. This position requires a strong focus on accuracy, documentation, and process efficiency to support smooth day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you'll also partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely payment collections, establish payment terms, and resolve billing discrepancies such as chargebacks, deductions, claims, and billbacks. Additionally, you'll assist in assessing customer credit risk, reviewing credit limits, and contributing to ongoing credit and collections discussions to support sound business decisions.
