Your New Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager & Accounting Supervisor to oversee key accounting functions while serving as a central resource for office operations and team support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a meaningful impact across the business. As Office Manager & Accounting Supervisor, you'll oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, collections, benefits administration, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Partnering closely with leadership, you'll provide valuable financial insight and help maintain strong internal controls. You'll also supervise administrative staff, streamline office procedures, and create systems that support long-term organizational success. Success in this role demands a collaborative and dependable leader. Here, you'll need to be highly organized, communicate with professionalism and discretion, and approach challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. A natural ability to build relationships, manage competing priorities, and foster a positive team environment will be key to thriving in this role. This is a fully in-office role.
