Job Description

Reagan Companies is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Agency Support Assistant to join our administrative team. This role is essential to keeping our agency running efficiently by supporting multiple departments with document processing, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operational support. No insurance experience is required—we're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do Process incoming insurance policies, endorsements, and agency documents within our management system. Serve as the primary backup for front desk reception. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail processing and document distribution. Manage the Commercial Lines binder process. Prepare client welcome packets. Order Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) for Commercial Lines. Process incoming Loss Control Recommendation documentation. Enter loss runs into Loss Scan software. Support special projects and administrative initiatives across multiple departments. Provide additional administrative support as assigned. What We're Looking For Associate's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer and data entry skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
