- Level 4 ( Material Cost Management Analyst
- Level 4 ), you will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security.
Business strategy and compliance objectives:
Integrate with the program and other functional teams (i.e. supply chain management) to assist in the reconciliation of data facilitating an avenue for recommendations to program management/teams to include corrective actions. Support internal and external audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support. Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Apply knowledge of the DCMA data driven Earned Value Management Systems compliance process and current policy.Cross-functional leadership objectives:
Work cross-functionally with other departments (program office, finance, supply chain, etc) to effectively execute critical transaction needs. Facilitate training sessions as needed to support programs on various Earned Value Topics. Review current processes and procedures and provide recommendations for streamlining. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience- OR•Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration. Defense industry experience. Working knowledge and practical application of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards EIA 748 guidelines. Program Cost Control experience. Experience withFAR/DFAR.
Proficiency of the following systems or software: Deltek Cobra or similar project management software, Microsoft Project. Deltek CostPoint or other BW/MRP user experience.DCMA EVMS
audit experience Working understanding of support to Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) both as a Prime and Subcontractor. Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance. You'll be a great fit if you: Have experience providing meaningful guidelines for the program and supply chain functions in order to execute the program to cost and schedule targets.
