Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Significant financial leadership experience, ideally within a nonprofit environment. Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Experience working with executive leadership teams, Boards of Directors, and nonprofit funding structures, including grants and restricted funds.
