Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Claims Manager to lead our claims processing team. In this vital role, you will oversee the entire claims lifecycle, ensuring accurate policy interpretation, efficient claims negotiation, and compliance with insurance regulations. Your expertise in insurance claims management will drive timely resolutions, mitigate risks, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service. Responsibilities Resolve all accidents/windshield claims (talking and negotiating with claimants and customers, aggressively fighting claims with insurance adjusters and claimants, ordering police reports, collecting on all non-fault accidents, mitigating and paying reasonable costs for at fault accidents, attending small claims court hearings, reporting and monitoring severe accidents with our carrier, working with our carrier's legal counsel on suit filed claims, recognize and analyze accident trends) Maintaining accidents (keeping the spreadsheets and W drive current, preparing information to be used in reports/meetings, monthly report emails, risk management meeting stats, setting up accident reviews and examining the accident, random questions and requests from all locations for accident stats, trends, etc.) Monitor FMCSA website and appeal non-chargeable accidents. Marketing (branding, maintaining ad/membership renewals, ordering promo items and swag for all locations, approving invoices timely, marketing projects, ordering business cards for WCSG, pursuing new marketing opportunities, calendars) Certificates of insurance and responding timely Qualifications Auto claims adjuster experience Positive attitude Willing to go above and beyond Willing to help with anything within your capacity and willing to take on new tasks Timely with all projects Ability to multitask Ability to efficiently prioritize
