Job Description
Partners Professional is currently seeking experienced candidates for a Claims Specialist opening with our client located in Johns Creek GA. This position will assist with building case files and managing claim requests. It is Not in the insurance industry but is within the manufacturing and construction industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills, in an office environment, are necessary to be successful in this role. This will be a temp-to-hire position, onsite daily with set hours of 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate claim and return statuses with customers and internal teams
- File and document approved claims with carriers and others
- Assistance with building return request files
- Processing returns
- Review open orders for material availability and Contact customers to confirm shipment dates
- Data entry, documentation, filing, scanning along with other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- MS Office suite - Word, Outlook, Excel ( strongly preferred intermediate to advanced)
- Office experience for customer service in a similar or related industry. Not call center, retail, or high volume calls. Business to business CS required.
- Strong organizational skills and proven detail orientation are necessary
- Communication skills- verbally, via phone and email, in person are required
- 2-3 years' experience, working in a similar role in claims and returns
- Proven reliability, accountability, training and learning new processes quickly and effectively applying training.
