Career Opportunities for Property Field Claims Adjuster Sterling Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Property Field Claims Adjuster to join our team. This position will primarily serve territories that may include the Capital District New York, Hudson Valley New York, and Central New York . Qualified candidates in surrounding areas are also encouraged to inquire. We are looking for an experienced Property Field Claims Adjuster who takes pride in their work and values a professional, collaborative environment. Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience independently handling and resolving first-party property claims as a Property Field Claims Adjuster Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Experience with Xactimate and Xactanalysis Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills Commitment to providing excellent customer service Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work independently High standards of integrity and ethics Insurance designations such as Associate in Claims (AIC) or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with annual profit-sharing bonus Medical, dental and vision insurance Pension and 401(k) plans Paid time off and company-paid holidays Flexible schedule options Company car Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance On-site fitness center Wellness incentives Employee assistance program Matching program for charitable donations 37.5-hour work week Compensation The starting base salary range is $80,000 to $105,000+ , with final compensation determined by relevant experience, expertise, qualifications and education.
