This position focuses on helping homeowners identify storm damage, navigate the insurance claim process, and restore their properties properly. You will receive training, leadership support, estimating assistance, production coordination, and the systems needed to develop a successful career in exterior restoration. No roofing experience is required, but previous experience in sales, construction, insurance claims, or customer service is beneficial.
