Field Representative PMQ Field Services LLC Lowell, MA Job Details Part-time $20 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Route driving Insurance inspection report preparation No experience needed Driving Visual insurance inspections Mobile devices Full Job Description We are hiring a Field Representative to perform occupancy inspections and insurance surveys in the Lowell area. No experience is necessary. Training is provided. You will work out of your home and on the road, you do not need to report to an office location. Shifts vary 5-8 hours depending on workload. The responsibilities of completing occupancy inspections are to locate a property, take pictures and complete a form reporting the information at the property through an app. The main objective is to determine if a property is vacant or occupied and to report on the general condition of the property. The responsibilities of completing insurance surveys are to take pictures and exterior measurements of a home on behalf of insurance companies and to submit your report through an app. The main objective is to determine if there are any hazards present and to report them to the insurance company. You will need your own reliable personal vehicle to drive the route. You will be reimbursed the IRS mileage rate (76 cents per pile) to pay for the use of your vehicle. You will need a smart phone to complete the inspections. You will also recieve a $10 monthly payment to help pay your cell service bill. Starting pay is $20/hour.
