Performs administrative tasks and activities to support Latitude's claim handling teams.Responsibilities/Tasks:
Order Reports- Order police reports, fire reports, or public record searches when requested. Client System Updates
- Obtain information or documents from client systems and/or load information into client systems. Mail
- Handle incoming and outbound mail. Office Support
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels for office supplies, equipment, and other materials. Complete light kitchenette cleaning and organization. Performs other general support duties. New Claims Entry
- Enter new claim information into Latitude Systems. Telephone
- Answer phone and directs incoming calls, answer basic questions, or take messages. Documents
- Process documents; receive, sort, maintain, and update filing. Scan, sort, fax, and photocopy information. Work with spreadsheets and company systems to process and maintain records. Projects
- Complete support projects when assigned.
