Job Description
The Property Claims Support Specialist is focused on providing an exceptional customer experience through a sophisticated process using multichannel communication tools to communicate with consumers, contractors and adjusters involved in the claim life cycle experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent technology skills, ability to speak clearly and concisely with enthusiasm to a diverse group of individuals throughout the United States. Additionally the position requires the ability to develop email communications with professional grammar, punctuation, and business correspondence along with utilizing web based systems & platforms. '
