! Are you a LPN nurse? Are you tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. We have a 12 hour day shift or overnight shift available. - Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Current Tennessee License-LPN Salary :
Up to $34 an hour Based on experience $3,000 SIGN
