Compliance Manager - Airport Lounges

Leads Licenses & Permits compliance across the North America Aviation portfolio, overseeing regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, audit readiness, operational discipline, and executive reporting. About the job Join a fast-paced and high-impact environment w you'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness across a dynamic network of airport locations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership, helping to safeguard business continuity and support expansion efforts. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range:

$64600 - $100430 What's in it for you

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively track and manage compliance across critical areas of airport operations
• Take ownership of identifying risks and recommending policy improvements to mitigate liabilities
• Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure adnce to licensing, wage, and regulatory standards
• Participate in labor relations meetings and contribute to informed decision-making
• Interface regularly with senior leadership, delivering clear, concise compliance updates and insights
• Play a strategic role in supporting new business development through compliance readiness
• Be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team that values your attention to detail and strategic thinking What you'll bring
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks with the ability to analyze compliance requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements, especially in unionized environments
• Administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail, accuracy, and urgency in high- volume or deadline-driven settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or compliance tracking systems to manage and report critical data
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and clear communication style Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
