Job Objective:
Easterseals NH is excited to announce an open role with our great HR team! We are seeking a Human Resource Compliance and Administration Manager. This person will be responsible for managing the Human Resources Compliance function, acting as the Workday HCM subject matter expert, and assisting with special projects as assigned by HR leadership.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, in a business or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred, OR Two (2) years of related experience can substitute for the Associate's degree Five (5) years' Business/HR experience required Two (2) years' supervisory experience preferred Computer proficiency required Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems and Microsoft Office preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate office management system to ensure maximum administrative efficiency within the various aspects of the Easterseals' programs. Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of records consistent with state, Federal, and program requirements. Supervise the HR compliance and administrative staff. Lead internal HR audits to ensure compliance with Agency, state, and federal regulations. Supervise and audit scanning of documents into Easy File, including separated employee files, legal files, etc. Assist with maintaining Personnel Policy handbook and annual updates. Assist HR leadership with special projects to meet Agency needs. Approve, monitor, audit, and troubleshoot Workday HCM business processes to ensure employee records are accurate and employment changes are processed timely, including creation of manager-level supervisory organizations. Assist IT with legal name changes and system mismatches. Work with HR leadership to identify and track key performance indicators relative to all areas of human resources leadership. Create and maintain departmental Smartsheets. Lead and/or contribute to Agency committees, task forces, and organizational projects as assigned.
Compensation:
$60,000-65,000 based on experience and education.
Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm. Onsite role and not hybrid/remote. What's in it for you?
