Job Description

Shift:
9:00 PM - 7:00
AM Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. No current placement allowed at
Program:
HealthTrust Program - HCA - Capital Division. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
Clinical experience with some exposure to general, vascular, and OB-GYN sonography.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience in the OR and with ultrasound procedures.
Preferred Credentials:
OB-GYN and AB certifications preferred.
Unit Details:
Uses Siemens Acuson S200 and GE Logiq E10; PACS InteleRad. Pediatric to geriatric patient population. Typical procedures include thoras, paras, FNAs (thyroids, parotids, lymph nodes), soft tissue mass or lymph node biopsies, liver and renal biopsies, drainages (abscesses, cysts, hematomas, gallbladders), thrombin injections, breast needle placements, carotids, D&Cs, and prostate biopsies.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday to Thursday. Weekends are covered by weekend position staff. No call.
Floating Requirements:
Opportunities for extra shifts within the department; if breast ultrasound is desired, BCC may have opportunities. 10 days maximum time off 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months Driver's license required
Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) or the alternative certification S RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS)
