Job Description

Client meetings, training sessions, and team workshops.What You'll Do Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.Client Delivery & Relationship Management:
Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.Compliance & Risk Oversight:
Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.Equity Program Management:
Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.Team Development:
Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.Insights & Analytics:
Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends. Qualifications Must Have 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field. Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations. Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent). Nice to Have Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards. Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Additional Information This is a regular full-time position This is a hybrid roleLocation:
New York, Toronto Compensation:
$106,200 - $174,500 USD and $74,300 - $135,000 CAD. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
