Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Support:

Assisting the Center Director with daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the childcare facility.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.

Communication and Relations:

Communicating with parents, staff, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns, and building positive relationships.

Administrative Tasks:

Managing paperwork, creating reports, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Emergency Preparedness:

Assisting with emergency preparedness plans and procedures.

Ensuring Quality Care:

Monitoring program quality and providing feedback to ensure high standards of care and learning. Supporting the
