Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Supervisor with proven experience in the dietary supplement industry to oversee quality systems, compliance, label quality experience and customer-facing functions. This role requires strong expertise in label review and approval processes under FDA and DSHEA regulations (21 CFR 111, 21 CFR 101), as well as exceptional skills in customer service and communication. The Quality Supervisor will lead quality-related projects, supervise QA staff, and serve as the primary liaison with customers on quality and compliance matters, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely label execution. 21CFR111 and 21 CFR 101 guidelines. Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure labels meet legal requirements and fulfil customer specifications. Manage the label lifecycle , from draft design to final approval, ensuring revisions are documented and tracked. Support customers with label-related inquiries, providing clear guidance on compliance and technical requirements. Customer Interface & Service Act as the primary quality contact for customers , providing updates on label design status, quality investigations, and labeling approvals. Participate in customer audits, representing the company's labeling systems. Address customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing proactive, solution-driven support as it relates to label design review and approval. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate and organized records of quality activities, including label approvals, deviations, and audit findings. Generate reports and metrics to track performance of quality systems and labeling processes. Support management in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions, certifications, and customer requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical labeling or document review industry Strong knowledge of cGMP (21 CFR 111) and FDA labeling regulations (21 CFR 101). Demonstrated experience with label review, design, and approval workflows . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency with electronic documentation systems, label management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent Communication skills in relation to Customer Service or Customer Support Bilingual English/Spanish strongly prefered. Preferred Skills Supervisory or team leadership experience. Familiarity with third-party certifications (NSF, USP, UL, Halal etc.). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience supporting or leading customer label compliance and design .
