What You'll Do:
As our HR Compliance Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our onboarding and credentialing process. Your mission? To make sure every new hire is set up for success and that we're always aligned with federal, state, and internal HR standards. You'll analyze HR/Talent Acquisition data, identify trends, and report insights through Excel visuals and PowerPoint presentations. Think of yourself as part detective, part organizer, and part cheerleader—keeping everything and everyone on track. Here's a peek at your day-to-day: Dive into HR and talent acquisition data, spotting trends and creating sleek reports using Excel and PowerPoint Lead the charge in onboarding new clinical hires—verifying credentials, scheduling training, and ensuring every box is checked Keep a sharp eye on certification timelines and follow up to collect outstanding documentation Register new hires for background checks, 30+ online training modules, and multiple system logins Help orchestrate our bi-monthly New Hire Orientation and monthly CPR/CPI classes Keep digital and paper files squeaky clean and up-to-date Provide top-notch administrative support to the HR Director and pitch in wherever needed What You Bring to the
Table:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of HR, onboarding, or compliance experience—healthcare experience is a big plus A knack for details, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat Clear, confident communication skills—written and verbal Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; EHR experience a bonus A can-do attitude and team spirit that lifts everyone around you Why Family Ties?
